Your invoices never leave your computer
The tool itself is a single HTML file that runs inside your browser. There is no upload, no account, no server, and nothing is sent to AFK or to anyone else. We wouldn't share our invoices with you either! :)
It checks its own work
Every invoice is verified against the totals printed on it. If it doesn't match, it says so instead of handing you a spreadsheet that looks fine but isn’t.
What you get as output
Save: A simple but comprehensive CSV you can sort, format and use however you wish.
Print: A printer-friendly document with just the data needed for receiving and a check box on each row for completion. Designed for retailers, by a retailer.
How to use it
After clicking “Download” save the tool file anywhere. Double-click it. Drag vendor invoices onto the page, pick how you want the rows sorted, and click Download CSV or Print. That’s it.
The sort runs first, so the sheet arrives grouped the way you want it. There's also a checkbox to sort The Cure under C instead of T, and “The The” is never a problem.
Version 1.09 parses Alliance (xls), AMS (pdf), Secretly (pdf), Universal (pdf) & Warner (pdf) invoices. If you’d like to simplify a different vendor’s invoice let me know and I’ll get right on that! Expect regular additions.
This tool was built independently by AFK and vendors were not involved in its production. “Guide” values, where applicable, were derived from data printed on your own invoice and do not necessarily represent vendor guidance. Use your own judgement.
The tool verifies that an invoice tallies against its own printed totals, but it can't tell you whether the invoice itself is right, so confirm anything you act on, prices especially.
