Guitar virtuoso Julian Lage is a master of blending classic melodic styles (i.e. Wes Montgomery, Joe Pass), the delicate touch of modern marvels (i.e. Bill Frisell, Pat Metheny) and avant garde experimentation (i.e. Nels Cline). For Live in Los Angeles, Lage brought his acclaimed trio featuring bassist Scott Colley and drummer Kenny Wollesen to the Blue Whale for an intimate performance featuring live renditions of songs from his critically acclaimed 2016 album Arclight.
Available for the first time on vinyl, Live in Los Angeles is Lage’s only live recording to date, making it a must-have for all guitar and jazz fans.
